Asset Management:

Conversion of Wachovia-Sheridan Building in Ft. Lauderdale to Multi-Tenant: The property was a single tenant master lease which was converted to a multi-tenant building with tenants that include: Wachovia, University of Israel, Sobol Property Management, Landtech & many others.

Refinancing of Best Buy, West Palm Beach: 45,000 sq ft. building, refinanced $3,600,000.00

Space User Representation

Currently conducting site search for 20 retail stores of 10,000 – 11,000 square feet each south of Orlando. Four sites secured to date.

Orion Commercial, in concert with CTMT, a national brokerage firm, is conducting a site search for a Fortune 200 firm with requirements for several offices.
