Orion Investment and Management Ltd. Corp. (OIMC) was founded in 1978 by Mr. Joseph A. Sanz.  OIMC, a full service, licensed real estate company in Miami, Florida, has provided real estate services to investors throughout the world. We establish a property management plan beginning with the physical aspects of the investment and requirements of lease administration and debt structure. Within this purview, we project tenant requirements and opportunities including potential capital improvements requirements. A marketing and leasing program is created and goals established.  Marketing and leasing reports are produced in a timely manner to keep the client well advised of market conditions, opportunities and achievements.  OIMC also evaluates preventative and efficient maintenance and security operations. These are reviewed through inspections, supervision and reporting procedures.  Our professional philosophy in property management is to maximize the potential value of the assets for our clients while maintaining a long-term relationship with both clients and tenants.
